This form collects repository registration information data for repositories interested in participating in the ADL-R. Note that only DoD authorized repositories may participate at this time.

All submissions will be forwarded to the ADL-R Registrar for review. The DoD proponent responsible for the content will be responsible for approving the application prior to repository staff being granted the authority to contribute.
